I.WALTON , John Walton (b.1710, d. 1785) was listed as a joiner and housewright in Reading, MA. He fought in both the French and Indian War and The American Revolution.  He led a company of minute men to Lexington and Concord. 

 The plane is in very fine condition. Amazing for a tool nearly 300 years old. 10 1/8 inches long.
