Clean, fine, no issues or repairs. Decent threads. Not marked Ohio, but clearly is one. Unhandled examples are extremely rare. The Ohio Tool Co. was established in 1823 and operated until 1920. The center wheel plow, sold as the self regulating plow was patented in 1869 by Harmon Van Buskirk. There is some evidence that the first company to make them, Ohio Tool Co. was manufacturing them well before that. I don't know when they stopped making them but the center wheel does not appear in the 1910 catalog.
