We have never seen a 6° bed angle. The body is steel. 15 inches long and 2 1/2 inches wide. The mouth is adjustable. The tote unlatches at the base and flips forward to ease access to the adjuster. Every thing works as intended and the plane has no issues. There is no known patent to date.
