Inscribed and dated to "MR. JAMES LANDON JUNE 1851." An absolutely stunning rule. In wonderful condition. It folds nearly flat and tight. A thick, wide rule trimmed in German silver. The only defect is the slightest shrinkage around an occasional pin. The interior is quite white. The rule has virtually no wear whatsoever. A rare rule in fantastic condition.
