A thousand times more rare than it's Erlandsen counterpart. Lauritz Brandt made Infill Planes and Other tools for the piano making trade in New York City ca.1850-59. Amazingly this drill has no cracks in the ivory, only some insignificant chips. Some of the threads on the inside of the maple handle are gone, but it screws on fine.
